African chili sauce (pili pili sauce) is a hot sauce which is served with almost all the African dishes. It is an easy to make hot sauce that is exceptionally made of chilies or hot red peppers. You can make batch of this sauce, keep it in your refrigerator and later on serve it with your rice and stew.

Ingredients you will need:
A dozen of chilies or hot red peppers
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 bouillon cube or 1 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of lemon juice or water
1 tbsp of oil
Direction:
Start with mixing all the ingredients except the oil in a blender.
Next, heat a skillet, add the oil and the chili mixture in the skillet. Then let it simmer for 5 min.
The last step is to let it cool down, then put in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Serve with all your delicious dishes.
