Fried Eggs

Fried Eggs

Frying eggs is the first basic cooking  that we  all started  with  in our  cooking journey . This should be the first recipe into kadirecipes but i never thought about it until the day i received a request for it.  So here how i fry my eggs for breakfast.

Serve: 2

Ingredients:

2 or 3 eggs

1/4 of onion

a pinch of salt

oil for frying


Directions:

Crack and beat the eggs, add the onion and a pinch of salt.

Next, heat the oil at medium heat and fry the beaten eggs. Fry each side for 30 second until its turn golden brown.

Remove from the oil, check well to remove the excess oil.

Enjoy how you want it. For me i usually add the eggs into my bread with some mayonnaise serve with a tea milk.

I shouldn’t think it would absorb any more of the oil than scrambled eggs cooked the traditional European way in butter, and it looks as thugh it would be easier to clean the frying pan, since none of it will stick and burn.
