You love cooking but don’t know how to make delicious meals?
Maybe you are tired of cooking without seeing your family or friends enjoying it,
But just let me tell you that cooking has nothing magical and you don’t have to be a master chef for being able to cook delicious meals. Professional chefs have no secrets in becoming so; they have just learnt it the same way you too would’ve done it. In this article I am just going to name some important points of how to be an excellent cook and on the coming articles, I will give more details about each point.
To begin, you must have a passion for cooking. Take it like an entertainment party for yourself, having a passion for something you are learning is the easiest way to be good at it. I am not a professional chef but my love for food and cooking have really help me to cook excellent foods. What I love the most is seeing my family or friends enjoying my meals, or to see them hurrying to go to the table. But to tell you the truth, before been able to cook perfect dishes I’ve burnt many or put excess salt and made many other mistakes during the learning process.
Next, have a strong self-confidence and don’t be afraid of failures. Trials are very important during the process; but in order to lessen the waste of food resulting from mistakes, simply try to cook little by little in the beginning such as cooking for just yourself and as you move farther into the learning process you’ll increase the amount. Start with easy and short cooking time recipes so that you can understand how it works before cooking long and complicated dishes.
Third don’t just grip onto others recipes, always try to put a little of your own idea in, for instance you can add some ingredients that you think will make it more delicious or by just removing some of them and the taste will please you because it will reflect your personality. Don’t just copy their recipes; make sure you understand the reasons why they put different ingredients so later on you will know whether you need them or not.
The last point is the most difficult if I can say, I assume that you are now able to cook and add your own ideas into others’ recipes, its time to try inventing your own recipes by just looking at your refrigerator or available ingredients.
